Identity license terms.
A plain-language statement of what a Kethalia Guild license permits.
1. What is licensed
A purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the selected identity packages and their rendered exports. Kethalia retains ownership of the authored identity content.
2. Personal license
One natural person may use the licensed identities for personal and commercial work, including work delivered to clients, in agents that person controls.
3. Company license
One legal entity may make the licensed identities available to its employees and contractors for company work and in agents controlled by that entity.
4. What is not permitted
You may not resell, sublicense, publish, mirror, or distribute raw identity packages or substantially equivalent prompt libraries. Outputs created with an identity remain yours, subject to the terms of the model and tools you use.
5. No professional credentials
Identities are structured behavioral and procedural guidance for AI systems. They are not people, professional credentials, warranties of correctness, or substitutes for qualified legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
6. Updates and availability
The license includes access to compatible updates of the purchased identity while the service operates. Kethalia may correct unsafe, infringing, or materially defective content.
